I'm on Appsumo tier 5. looking to switch my email since I'm rebranding my agency. I tried inviting my new account but even though it was confirmed and verified, I still don't see any flows or available cloud hours there. I'm thinking it may be because I created this account with TM prior to accepting the invite?
Is there a way for me to reset it? In essence all I want is to switch my email to the new domain. Who can help with that?
I tried to email your support at Task Magic Dot Com but i get a mail delivery error. Can someone help with this?
I need urgent help with TaskMagic. I have Tier 5 and after 28+ days:
I CANNOT use the promised dedicated IP I CANNOT use the 6 hours of cloud service Webhooks DO NOT work There is NO clear documentation Support DOES NOT respond (Skool)
They just tell me it's 'weird behavior' but ZERO solutions. I've been paying for the highest tier for ONE MONTH without being able to use even ONE HOUR of the service. I'm leaving this in the comments section to avoid damaging the product's reputation, but if I can't get my issue resolved, I'll really have to post this as a negative review. Anyone else having these issues? Any support channel that actually works? I'm seriously considering requesting a full refund.

I asked several times, both AppSumo and the TaskMagic team, for a refund for this product that simply doesn’t deliver on its promises.
The support team is arrogant, unhelpful, and ignores requests. Total ripoff! Don’t get conned like I did.
They pushed me to subscribe to additional services, promising it would make the product work — it didn’t. Instead of admitting their failure, they just went silent.
Are you going to refund me the other products you made me purchase (not on AppSumo so not their problem) too ? Total scam just take your responsibility and refund me dude.

Q: Where are the features promised?
With the desktop app, I can record web browser behaviour, and automated task from it.
I'm Tier 3 and I can't access any of it :-(
And no guide in the Help section...
