I have been using TaskMagic very effeciently for last many months. I was extremely happy. I paid for the Apps + AI upgrade in December. This has left my TaskMagic absolutely useless. None of my existing workflows work anymore. Neither the automated runs nor GoogleSheet connection. I need help to fix all this. I believe the Apps+AI upgrade was the worst mistake I ever made. I need support to fix my TaskMagic.

A: global - just so I’m going this…. The apps upgrade was the worst mistake you’ve ever made?? That’s a wild place to start. Lol. But have you written in to support? If so, it’ll be addressed im sure. Just let us know what actually happened and we’ll be there for you

Hi Jeremy, I want to clarify that my frustration isn’t about complaining publicly—it’s about trying to get help when core function stopped working right after a "paid" upgrade. I’ve been a happy TaskMagic user for months, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I’m genuinely asking for help, not “screaming into the void.” A more respectful and empathetic response would go a long way.
wow, what a terrible way for the Founder to respond to an issue. ridiculing and belittling. people rely on automations. apparently "screaming into the Appsumo void" is worthy, at the very least for us to get a birdseye view into how this company treats people who couldn't find their way. the voice seems different from earlier, so either this is a wild turnabout or a different unempathetic person.
I can't find out how to connect to Google Sheets anymore. I can't find out how to send data to Google Sheets either.
I also can't set up a browser profile anymore.
I was trying to find... Your email address or ways to get support, but I could not find it either. :( Please could you tell me how to find an updated tutorial or help article on how to connect to Google Sheets?

A: I’m not too familiar with robomotion much anymore, but I do know we have apps natively and it’s pretty easy to use and when we used robomotion it was not as easy or geared toward more technical people. ;)
Hi, I'm going to "add step" - "apps" - "select an action" - select any connection (it's already successfully connected/activated) - connect an account - then fill required fields - but I cannot get any response/test or it doesn't fetch any data from any platform which I'm trying to add. It is very frustrating to get so long up to there and then nothing... Is it a limitation or a bug? (tier 1) Thanks.

I tried inviting my new account but even though it was confirmed and verified, I still don't see any flows or available cloud hours there. I'm thinking it may be because I created this account with TM prior to accepting the invite?
Is there a way for me to reset it? In essence all I want is to switch my email to the...
