I'd like to know if WhatsApp will be available to those who purchased Level 4, like me.
I purchased it to support this excellent platform, but I'll only be able to use it if WhatsApp is integrated.
It would also be interesting to enable a Webhook for external integrations with the WhatsApp inbox.

A: Hi, Tier 4 is our main priority, and we’ve already removed branding for Tier 4 customers. We haven’t finalized the WhatsApp tier plans yet. The integration should be ready by late December, and we’ll announce it once it’s available. I’ll also share your suggestions with the team.

Q: Whitelabel - No Thrivedesk domain references, multiple custom domains
Particularly interested in Whitelabel - but ideally would like confirmation there would be: - no visibility of Thrivedesk dot com domain for our customers - possibility of adding a second brand/custom domain since we have two small brands and our staff need to be able to communicate using either brand and domain - possibility for our staff to sign-in using our Microsoft 365 logins (Entra ID SSO) for simplicity and cybersecurity benefits

A: Yes, you can remove all ThriveDesk branding and references completely. Second question is not clear to me. Additionally, we have direct options to log in with Microsoft for seamless access and enhanced security.

Q: Why i am getting spammed by messages on your tool
I bought it 2-3 days back & not implemented on my website. Just activated it only with your subdomain. Now i am getting mails from notifications@thrivedesk.com & that appears to be from your other users ticket.
