I have the Tier 1 TidyCal for free because it came with my AppSumo PLUS membership. What happens if I discontinue my AppSumo PLUS membership. Do I lose that Tier 1 TidyCal that I currently have?
Hi team, Just trying out the teams functionality. Is there a reason why the additional team members are not getting the google invite? They got the tidycal invite with the link, but time on their calendars was not blocked.
Does 10 (or 25) connections mean you can connect your client accounts, or it's just one account that could be connected to many calendars (who needs more than a couple)?
It's the latter — the calendar connections limit is per user/account. Some users have lots of work and personal calendars they want to connect, and then sub-calendars of those calendars... so it can add up quickly! 😅
It's important to note that the 25 calendar connections applies specifically to the account holder/user of Tier 2. We expanded this from the Tier 1 of 10 because our belief is that agency owners/team managers may have more calendars they want to integrate on their own (more work and personal calendars for them).

Hi David, As agency if we want to connect our clients, what sort of privacy level do they have? Can we access their calendars and see the details of the booking data? With Tier 2, you're essentially inviting other TidyCal account holders into your team. These other team members will have separate accounts, and the privacy of their separate accounts is independent of them being added to the team. You're not managing them as accounts; you're managing their membership to your team (and you can add or remove them from your team).
It depends, Digitalfastmind. The restrictions (branding, features, etc.) on their individual accounts will still apply to their individual pages. They'll be a part of your team, and able to be seen on your Collective Meetings (as applicable, if you select them) or Team-based pages.

Is having different accounts for clients within the account something you would consider in the future?
Would this mean I would be better off buying another copy for tier 1 if I wanted to use it for a separate business as well as my own?
