Q: Agency clients

Hello.
Loving the product..simple and effective.

My question is as a agency owner how dose this work?

I would like to offer this to multiple clients. Do I have to purchase multiple tier 1 for this to work?

I looked at the agency plan but it looks like its only for my staff. Witch is what im not looking for.

Im looking for offering this to multiple clients. Can you please explain how I go about this... and if its even possible. Thanks

Q: Recurring appointments?

I teach private music lessons and need a simple scheduling app my students can use to book lessons directly. Here’s what I’m looking for:

Integration with my existing Google Calendar

Recurring lessons/appointments for weekly students (Calendly either doesn't do this, or they couldn't/wouldn't explain how to set it up. Not very intuitive.)

Time options for 30, 45, and 60 minutes

Automatic SMS and email reminders

Ability to show a link to my studio policies during booking

Ability to include a payment link; payment is due at time of service

In short: Calendly-level, but with truly intuitive recurring scheduling. I don’t need multi-staff or multi-location features—just a clean, professional tool for a solo studio.

Thanks for your time,
Laurelanne

A: Hi Laurelanne,

Thanks for reaching out — I completely understand what you’re looking for. Here’s how TidyCal currently fits your needs:

Google Calendar integration – Yes, fully supported. Once connected, TidyCal automatically blocks out busy times and adds new bookings to your calendar.

Recurring appointments – At the moment, TidyCal does not support automatic recurring bookings (e.g. “every Tuesday at 3 PM”). Each lesson must be booked individually by the student or you. However, this feature is already on our internal roadmap, as it’s one of the most requested enhancements from teachers and coaches.

Different duration options – You can create multiple booking types (e.g. 30 min, 45 min, 60 min) so students can choose what fits them best.

Email reminders – Included and fully automated for both you and your students.
SMS reminders – Available on the Agency plan, currently supported for U.S. and Canada numbers (in beta).
Studio policies – You can add your policy link or text to the booking description field so it appears during scheduling and in confirmation emails.
Payment links – Integrated payments through Stripe or PayPal are available, and you can require payment before confirming a booking.

If you’re primarily teaching recurring students, the best current setup is to create a private booking link and have each student use it weekly to choose their slot — this keeps everything synced with your calendar automatically.

Hope this helps.

Q: SMS reminders for higher tier?

I'm wondering, does it have SMS reminders for hire tire?
Are any credits included or should we buy credits additionally?

Thank you.

A: Hey Sumo-ling

Yes — SMS reminders are currently available on the Agency plan, but only for U.S. and Canada phone numbers at this time. This feature is still in beta, so we’re gradually expanding it and testing reliability before rolling it out more broadly.

There are no extra credits needed right now — SMS reminders are included in the Agency plan for supported regions.

Hope this helps.

A: Hi Sumo-ling,

Currently, the Booking Page Language setting (under Settings → Profile Page) only affects your booking interface — the public booking page and time/date formats.
- It does not yet translate system-generated emails or confirmation messages (these remain in English for all users).

Workaround:
You can customize the confirmation message manually by editing your booking type:
Go to your TidyCal dashboard → Booking Types.
Click Edit on the booking type.
In the Confirmation Message section, replace the default English text with your own German version (e.g., “Danke für Ihre Buchung! Sie erhalten in Kürze eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail.”).

Currently, there’s no multilingual or automatic translation of confirmation emails, but this improvement is already on the feature request list.

Hope it helps!
