Q: Daily booking

1. Can I allow customers to book a product for an entire day or multi-day durations (e.g., 1, 3, or 7 days)?

2. I want to charge different prices based on rental length (e.g., $20 for 1 day, $50 for 3 days, $100 for 7 days). Is there support for duration-based pricing?

3. I have 30+ rental products, and ideally, I’d want each to have its own calendar or booking setup. Can I create 30+ individual booking calendars, each with their own settings?

Q: Training

I want to provide a training on AI using agents. In one of the labs I want to show how to schedule appointments. I have already tested with Tidycal. I need a group account for the students. Do all users in the agency plan have access to the API with different API keys? What is the best way to handle this. The free account does not have access to APIs.

We will be offering two types of classes:
Wheel Throwing Courses
Hand Building Courses
Each class should have:
A way to collect answers to specific questions from participants before confirming their booking.
A booking system with a maximum capacity of 15 people (this number should be adjustable depending on our staff and equipment).
Automatic "Sold Out" status once the maximum capacity is reached.
Different schedules (each class runs on different days and times).
Different teachers and prices.

Q: Why are there ads on my reminder emails?

It appears you guys recently starting displaying ads for other AppSumo Original products on booking reminder emails.

Is there a way for us to remove that? A higher pricing tier to remove it?

If not, I think we'll be looking for another option.

Q: pending approva

Hello, on a tier 2 there is a problem with appointments that are pending approval, in fact only the admin can validate or not the appointment; while this version is intended for an agency, can you tell me how to give access? I can't find the information anywhere, the "sub account" is still in sheduled, and only has the option to refuse the appointment, which doesn't add anything, the minimum would be that it can validate or not the appointment, thank you for your feedback
