Q: Redirect URL: How to pass booking data after successful appointment
Hi TidyCal Team, we’re using the “Enable custom confirmation redirect page” feature to redirect invitees to a custom thank-you page. Unfortunately, no booking details (like title, date, time) are passed to the redirect URL.
Is there a way to include this data via URL parameters like ?title={{booking.title}}&date={{booking.date}}, or via POST, Webhook, or JavaScript?
If not currently possible: is this functionality planned? We’d like to display the booking info dynamically on our confirmation page and would appreciate any tips or workarounds.
Q: Is TidyCal suitable for booking multiple venues such as tennis courts, etc.?
I am looking for a suitable reservation system for reserving sports halls, etc. Is it possible to distinguish between club members who have paid annual membership and no longer have to pay for reservations and between one-time paid reservations for non-members? Is this the right software for booking multiple venues/places?
TidyCal can work well for basic booking needs across multiple venues like tennis courts or sports halls, especially if you want a simple and user-friendly interface. However, it’s important to note that TidyCal doesn’t currently support membership-based pricing logic — meaning it can’t automatically distinguish between paid club members and non-members when it comes to charging for bookings.
All appointments are treated the same in terms of pricing, so you’d need to manage membership-related exceptions manually or outside the platform.
If your setup requires advanced features like tiered pricing, member-only access, or automatic recognition of paid memberships, you might want to explore more specialized reservation systems that support those capabilities.
At the moment, TidyCal does not offer a fully white-labeled solution, and we haven’t advertised this as part of any tier — including the Agency tier. While the agency plan offers features like managing multiple calendars and team members, it does not include white-labeling of the front-end (client-facing) or back-end (admin dashboard).
If white-labeling becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to announce it.

Q: White-labelled
In agency plan, will it be completely white-labelled? If not then why not?
