Q: Clarifications about Tier 2

With the new Tier 2 (Team/Agency) plan, I'm not clear how this works with multiple users from the same team. I understand that we need a seperate license for each user (can be either Free, Tier 1 and Tier 2), BUT, if the sub users are Tier 1, do they miss out on the 3 exclusive Tier 2 benefits? In other words, (1) they won't be able to see the "Dedicated Teams page", (2) they won't be able to be part of "Collective Meetings", and (3) they can't be part of "Round Robin" meeting scheduling?

Just trying to understand how this works with users on different tiers, and whether we all need Tier 2 for the agency plan to actually work as a team.

A: Hey, AS+! Thanks for your interest in Tier 2. 🙌🎉

The owner/purchaser of Tier 2 can create, edit, delete, and invite team members to a team. When they invite team members, those team members will either be prompted to create their own TidyCal account (if they don't already have an account) or log in and associate their account with a team (if they already have an account). Tier 2 owners can also create unlimited teams. And team members can join unlimited teams.

The invited team members do NOT need to have Tier 2. They can have any tier, or even be on the free plan, to be part of the team. It's really about the owner/leader having Tier so they can add people.
