Q: Some pre-sale questions

Hi the team,
TidyCal looks great bu ti have several pre-sale questions :
1) can we add our own favicon?
2) is there a "look busy" feature that remove x% of free slots?
3) is there a re-schedule option? If yes : by email? in google agenda event ? other?

Thanks a lot,
Best regards

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out!

Happy to answer these before you decide:

1) Custom favicon?
Not at the moment. TidyCal booking pages use the TidyCal favicon, and there isn't a setting to upload your own. You can put your booking page on your own custom domain and customize its colors/theme, but the browser-tab favicon itself isn't customizable today.

2) A "look busy" feature that hides a % of free slots?
No — TidyCal doesn't have a feature that automatically hides or removes a percentage of your open slots to make you look busier. Your page shows your real availability based on your hours and connected calendars. If you want to show fewer slots, you'd do it by tightening your availability, adding buffer time between meetings, or setting a daily/booking cap.

3) Rescheduling?
Yes — rescheduling is built in and on by default for each booking type. Here's how it works:
- The person who booked gets a "Reschedule" link in their confirmation email (it's also on the booking confirmation page). They click it, pick a new time from your live availability, and it's done — no back-and-forth needed.
- When a booking is rescheduled, TidyCal automatically updates the event on your connected calendar (Google / Outlook / Apple) and refreshes the meeting link (Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams), then sends updated confirmation emails to both sides.
- You can set a reschedule cutoff (e.g., no rescheduling within X minutes of the meeting) or turn rescheduling off per booking type.

Just one note on #3: rescheduling is started from the TidyCal reschedule link — not by dragging the event around inside Google Calendar — but the change does sync back to the calendar invite automatically.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
