Here is what my invoice says I get for upgrading to Agency LTD.:

25 Calendar connections:
Unlimited Team members:
Dedicated team page
Collective team meetings
Round-robin team meetings
Why do I now have only 10 calendar connections available? This isn't what I paid for!

Sep 22, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the frustration! Agency Lifetime licenses purchased before September 1, 2026 keep 25 calendar connections, while new Agency purchases from that date include 10, and the pricing page now shows the limits for new purchases. Since the right limit depends on the license on your account, please email [email protected] from the email address on your TidyCal account, along with your AppSumo invoice, so the team can check it.
