Hi TidyCal Support,
I purchased the $79 Lifetime Plan through AppSumo today, but I'm still seeing TidyCal branding on my booking page. Please remove the branding and make sure all features included in the $79 Lifetime Plan are activated on my account.
Also, please confirm that SMS reminders are enabled for all my bookings and that customers in the US and Canada will receive SMS reminders without any booking or SMS limit under this plan.
I completed the purchase just a few minutes ago, so it may still be processing. Please activate my account as soon as possible.

Me too. I purchased an agency last month, and all was good. I got another license today, and now I get branding but not a custom domain. Also, SMS was gone, but then I found it, and I'm afraid they'll take it away too.
The help bot thinks these features are still present.
I need a response for tidycal or need to reassess my decision on using Tidycal as my go-to platform.
Yes the branding is a very big issue, is it Possible to remove this for the Agency plan ? As an Agency it’s important to have the branding according the business, cant this be added or we pay a One time fee for the loyal appsumo users ? This looks unprofessional on our sites
