Q: External kb

My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb.

I then want to add a helpdesk ticketing system on top of that where the agent can index my support desk content and help users find the answers they need, or it can handoff to ticketing system. Can this do that? There seems to be about 8 different AI Chatbots on AppSumo and I am trying to work out what they all do, but customer content training and good ticketing system are my 2 main requirements, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can create a knowledge base by pulling in your external website content and have it indexed for your agent to use. You will have to mirror the content so to say, so that we can index it and make it easy for agent to search and retrieve relevant content.

Once the content is indexed and made into the Knowledge Base, the agent will use that to answer user questions.

Tiny Talk also offers a Help Desk where you can see the interactions between the agent and users and offer direct support when needed by taking over a conversation.
