I'm trying to work out how to add my three staff members who manage the helpdesk. I try to add someone to the trial list as I've reached my plan limit. It's a bit of a BETA, but human handoff is essential.

Got it. Thanks for the detailed response.
Some feedback. The other plans in AppSumo are far more generous in this regard. For example, Heyy and AnyChat offer many more human shared inbox users on their lower plans. It's rules out Tiny Talk for me as I have my 3 staff members who answer 7-8 tickets a month and this makes Tiny Talk too expensive. Everything else was very good. If you ever change the pricing strucutre please let me know.

I've seen that Standard AI includes 3 seats https://tinytalk.ai/docs/workspace/workspaces however, I bought tier 3 but I cannot add any seat to my account?

Thanks for the question.
The Standard AI plan you see is a monthly subscription, not an AppSumo LTD plan. Users who need additional seats on top of their subscription or who are on AppSumo LTD plans purchase the seat add-on to increase their seat capacity.

You should change the plan to allow additional seat from Tier 3, because 1 person cannot manage 15 or 25 chatbots and multiple workspaces, it's not reasonable. I've checked to buy additional seat, however, the price $10.00 each is too high, I'm considering to move to Anychat because their starter plan only $9.00 per month afford me all.
