I'm trying to work out how to add my three staff members who manage the helpdesk. I try to add someone to the trial list as I've reached my plan limit. It's a bit of a BETA, but human handoff is essential.
My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb. I then want to add a helpdesk ticketing system on top of that where the agent can index my support desk content and help users find the answers they need, or it can handoff to ticketing system. Can this do that? There seems to be about 8 different AI Chatbots on AppSumo and I am trying to work out what they all do, but customer content training and good ticketing system are my 2 main requirements, thank you.
