Q: Question About Upgrading to Tier 3 and Impact on Existing Trafft Account
Hi, we purchased License Tier 1 a few years ago. If we upgrade to Tier 3 (which includes 5 agency accounts), will this affect our existing Trafft account or its current booking configuration? Also, would our existing Trafft account count as one of the 5 agency accounts included in Tier 3?

A: Hi Sosius,
Thank you for your question.
If you upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 3, your existing account will be upgraded to Tier 2 and moved under your newly created agency.
It will count as one of the 5 accounts included in your Tier 3 plan. All your existing data and configuration will remain unchanged.
Is the double booking bug that was reported last month and has been mentioned frequently now fixed?

A: Hi,
Thank you for your question.
This task is scheduled for the next sprint, starting next Monday.
Please note that the issue is quite specific and difficult to reproduce. So far, it has been reported by only one customer, which is why it was not prioritized earlier.
It is related to the recurring booking flow and can only be reproduced if a customer changes one of the recurring appointment...

A: Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Trafft was not designed to support hotel or room bookings, and this is not a direction we will be going in. Implementing this would require major changes to the core logic, so it would be easier to build a separate application for that use case.
Hello, is it possible to have a separate calendar for two different therapeutic practices? Or does everything have to be managed under a single practice name? David

A: Hello David_Damberg,
Each account is designed for a single business or brand.
You can add multiple employees with separate services under one account, but branding cannot be separated and there is only one booking page.
For your use case, having two separate accounts would be the better option.
I believe I saw that you can request a deposit during the booking, can you setup cancelation refund policies and is that streamlined through the app or is it a manual process? Example, you have a 24 hour cancelation policy, if someone cancels before then the deposit is returned, if its within the 25 hours it is not returned.

A: Hi,
Thank you for your question.
That’s correct, you can require a deposit before the booking is confirmed.
You can also set up a custom policy with a mandatory checkbox, where customers must agree to your refund terms before completing the booking.
There’s no automation for refunds at the moment, so any refunds would need to be processed manually.
