Wondering if it is possible for each employee to receive payments in their own accounts? Receiving them in one place and then sending the payments to each would add a lot of admin.
While you can configure different prices per employee, there's currently no way to pay each employee. All income goes to the linked payment provider account (admin's account) so the admin needs to distribute the payments between the employees manually.
We'll work on this in the future, but there's no ETA at this time.
I purchased tier 1, which is 10 custom features. Now that I attempt to use the product, I'm realising everything has been made into a custom feature? Including even essentials like calendar sync, timezone management, notifications, and special days (public holidays being off etc), that are basic and essential features necessary for a scheduling software to be functional!
The 10 custom features get used in the basic features promised in the software. This does not feel right. Custom features should be additional features to basic use features. This either needs to be modified or made very clear in the marketing/descriptions.
My employees cant sync their normal google calendar accounts @gmail.com The error they get is that trafft.io is not approved by google with a 403 access denied issue. Sent a ticket as well, please advise how to resolve this? Seems like an error on your end?
Hi, we have two additional questions: Does the Trafft Agency plan allow the use of a custom CNAME domain specifically for the Agency Dashboard (not for clients)? Additionally, is it possible to upload a custom background (JPG/PNG) for the client booking page without relying on CSS, instead of using the stock pictures? Thanks!
