Q: Error occurs and can not edit file that is uploaded to my account. How can this be fixed?
I emailed support directly 5 days ago and no answer so I am hoping to get one here. I uploaded a 35 minute video and it shows on my account and when I click on edit it says initializing and then says downloading file. When it gets to 100% it starts all over again. Please fix this issue so I can continue my work. Thank you.

Q: Editor Not Loading and Long Processing Time – Need Support
Hi, I just purchased the 2-tier Lifetime Deal. I uploaded my first 1-minute video today (21 July at 12:23 CET) using Safari, but the editor does not load. I then tried using Chrome, but it has been decoding my 1-minute file for over 4 minutes already. This makes it unusable at the moment. Can you please help resolve this issue? Thanks in advance! - JP

Q: Importing multiple audio files
Hi. I'm a podcaster and currently my process for producing the final product includes one audio for my main content, an intro audio clip, an outro audio clip and a disclaimer audio clip.
I didn't see anywhere that mentions being able to work with multiple audio files to combine them into one finished audio.
Q: Video-Eddeting - video and audio to become increasingly separated
While testing it, I noticed that I can delete text, but the part of the video isn't deleted. This causes the video and audio to become increasingly separated. Am I doing something wrong?
A: Hi there, thanks for flagging this. Deleting text in Trebble should remove the matching section of both audio and video automatically, so what you’re seeing isn’t normal. It sounds like a bug, and we’d like to get it fixed for you right away.
Could you pop open the in-app chat (bottom-right corner of Trebble) and send us: - The project link or name - A quick screen-capture or a couple of steps that reproduce the issue - Your browser + operating-system version
That will let us dig in and get everything back in sync for you. Sorry for the hiccup—we’ll sort it out as fast as possible!
We’ve been running EDL and Final Cut-style XML export in a private beta. It lets you take the cuts you make in Trebble based on your transcript edits and open them straight in Premiere (or any NLE that reads EDL/XML) with all the timing intact.
If you’d like early access, just reply with the email tied to your Trebble account and we’ll send you the info to get access to it(no extra cost while it’s in beta). We’d love your feedback as we finish polishing it up.

Q: Do you offer xml output to editing software like Premiere?
Once you have edited a transcript is it possible to export the edits out as an xml, edl or similar to premiere or other editing software?
