Q: Grreat product: Quesitons - After the transcript is edited in thei text based audio/video editor ...
... can we then also get the new edited transcript via a download ... along with the new audio or video files? Either already embedded as Closed Caption or other form of text file (svt etc)?
Also, what are the limits on how many times we can download the newly edited video audio?
Since this platform is so TEXT driven ...
Will there be Closed Captioning into newly edit videos at some point?
Are you eventually making a Transcript (video.audio) to Blog or Article download along with the newly edited video/audio ... on the roadmap?
These feature ideas would make Trebble my main platform for life and i would buy many codes ... :)
Q: Does this replace having to use auphonic to enhance my podcast audio?
I am looking to eliminate a step in our Podcast production workflow and this sounds like a good option. I just want to make sure that it will clean up the podcast audio?
Q: Roadmap, Support, and Sustainability – Key Questions Before Committing
A realistic question: Since AI features are costly, do you think you can sustain this tool long-term? And if yes, why? Also, after the AS-LTD ends, will support still be available? Many deals fail when the founder is the only one handling support. Do you have a support team? Are you planning to sell the tool or keep and grow it to ensure quality? Do you already have many subscribers? Can the tool handle 2-hour videos or large files over 2GB? for the future: can you allow unused minutes roll over to the next month? Do you have a long-term developer team beyond the LTD phase? Lastly, is there an updated roadmap? Many features are mentioned in comments/reviews, but the roadmap still shows only 2022/2023 items. A clear, current roadmap would give us more confidence as customers.
Will the features mentioned in appsumo listing be honoured in future, am referring specifically to filler words, silence, background noise removal and speech enhancement to podcast quality. The reason for asking this confirmation is that in some of your comments you have indicated otherwise. Request you to clear this conclusively...
Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to clarify this for you.
The features mentioned in our AppSumo listing—including filler word removal, silence removal, and background noise removal—will absolutely be honored in the future. You can count on these as part of Trebble’s offering.
Regarding speech enhancement to podcast quality, we are committed to keeping this feature available. However, since we currently rely on a third-party service for this (which comes at a high cost), there may be challenges in sustaining it long-term. That said, we’re actively exploring more affordable solutions to ensure we can continue offering high-quality speech enhancement.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
