Triplo AI Questions

I did email support but did yet a response. There is a screen capture video in my sent email.
I run Win 11
The Tiplo popup windows opens too larged. I am unable to resize it.
The Triplo settings window is also to large and will not scroll to the bottom.

As a Tier 2 user, to be honest I feel a bit cheated. The models available are older, weaker, and not competitive with what’s currently on the market. It wasn’t a smart move to omit in the deal that the lower tiers won’t get good or higher-quality models. That makes me question why I even bought Triplo.

Will Tier 2 continue to be cut off from decent models in the future, or will you just offer dozens of different versions of the same low-level models?

I don’t know whether anything is still being developed for Triplo or if it’s already discontinued, because support hasn’t answered of my simple questions - just two, actually. I’ve been waiting since the end of January for a reply, and nothing comes.

I can see that this aligns with my experiences regarding the questions and answers here, since there have been no responses on Appsumo since the end of January.

Are we going to see Voice to text dictation in upcoming updates?

I see that AI agents are available in beta. I have Tier 3 but don't see a shades icon. Is that available in a beta version?
