An easier way to track website activity
I purchased Tru Conversion because I was appreciate of the robustness of the platform and it looked relatively easy to integrate into my sites.
I'm pleased to say it has been easy to integrate into my site and the UI setup is intuitive and easy to use, with good instructions provided to help the process along. I'm looking forward to getting the insights into my customer's journey.

Have got it up and running and am enjoying seeing the data coming in.
Setup was super simple, just a piece of code on the webpage before the head and you can then configure via truconversion site.
I like the heatmaps and recorded sessions which are helping me see who is lookging at what (amazing how few people get past that first part of the homepage.. I'll have to get that tweaked).
Some of the reports didn't work from my mobile (tried a few browsers as it suggested it was a client side issue).
So my honest experience is that this is a solid tool and feature set and it's a very reasonable price.

Tool with a lot of functions!
Has many functions and for a beginner like me it is a bit overwhelming, so step-by-step tutorial video would help a lot... that aside, it looks promising and will continue to use it until I master this tool!

Wasnt for me honestly
Thought I'd try this software out, but it just wasn’t for me.
- The UX feels outdated, and moving through the app isn't enjoyable.
- The features aren’t game-changers for me.
- I don’t see this as a tool I would use regularly, either for myself or for clients.
I’ll stick to Hotjar’s free tier since it offers more than enough features for me.
