Useful tool with excellent customer support
I use Unmixr professionally for interviews in Portuguese, English, Dutch and French. The transcription tool is very useful and saves me a great deal of time. What I appreciate most is the support: when I reached my monthly limit during an unusually busy period, they quickly added extra transcription credits to my account. My main suggestion would be to improve the credit system for users with irregular workloads. I may barely use the platform for several months and then need many hours at once. Rollover credits, flexible top-ups or a larger occasional-use allowance for lifetime users would make the product much more reliable for journalists and other professionals. Overall, a very useful tool with excellent and responsive customer support.

**Very Poor Customer Support**
Unmixr's customer support never responds to my requests. I have emailed the support address listed on their website several times and have never received a reply. I also contacted them through Discord with the same result: no response at all.
I have experienced several issues without receiving any assistance. For example, the translation of **4 videos totaling 200 minutes** failed, yet all of my credits were fully consumed. Despite contacting support multiple times, I have never been reimbursed for those lost credits.
I also purchased **two license codes** initially and later added a third one. However, my monthly credit balance was never updated to include the third code.
The software may have potential, but a product is only as good as its customer support. When support never replies and customer issues remain unresolved, it's impossible for me to recommend this platform.

Ai Chatbot has been removed
The AI Chatbot was removed from the new interface, which was disappointing because it is the feature I use most in Unmixr. I initially left a negative review due to its removal.
Update: The support team responded and confirmed that the AI Chatbot is being updated and will be added back to the interface. I appreciate their communication and willingness to address the issue. Because of their response and commitment to restoring the feature, I am updating my rating to 5 stars and look forward to future updates.

The chatbot has not been removed and will remain active.
We have cleaned up the UI and prioritised the most used and recommended features based on customer feedback. We will also bring back the full services page, where you will be able to find the chatbot.
We are also planning to update some of the chat models to the latest versions.

Initial Findings ... Disappointing :(
I bought 3 codes and was expecting to have access to the 1000+ voices as stated in the description. Most are locked and not available in my tier :(
Scrolling through some of the other reviews it looks like I'm not alone.
Haven't tried the other features as I (like most people presumably) want this for the text to speech features.

Unmixr includes access to a large voice library, but some premium voices are available only on higher tiers due to provider cost and licensing limitations. The available voices may also vary depending on the selected engine, language, and plan tier.
