Unmixr AI - Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Audio/Video Dubbing Reviews

I bought 3 codes and was expecting to have access to the 1000+ voices as stated in the description. Most are locked and not available in my tier :(

Scrolling through some of the other reviews it looks like I'm not alone.

Haven't tried the other features as I (like most people presumably) want this for the text to speech features.

I rarely leave reviews this early, but after digging deep into this platform, I honestly believe Unmixr AI may be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on AppSumo.

This is NOT just another simple text-to-speech tool.

This platform is a BEAST.

At first, I thought I was buying AI voices. After spending time inside the system, I realized this is actually an entire AI-powered media production ecosystem.

The deeper I go, the more I discover:

What impressed me most is that you are not just selecting voices — you are directing performances. The speech instruction system alone changes everything. The same voice can sound like:

just by changing the instruction set.

That is powerful.

I’m building leadership training systems, podcasts, ministry content, online courses, devotionals, and AI media projects — and this platform fits directly into that workflow.

The Dialogue Studio especially has huge potential for:

The voice cloning feature also appears extremely promising for scaling content creation without constantly re-recording audio manually.

And honestly… I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface.

Most people are probably going to use this for basic voiceovers. But if you are a creator, educator, coach, podcaster, course builder, marketer, YouTuber, ministry leader, or digital entrepreneur, you may realize very quickly this thing can become a core part of your entire content pipeline.

The amount of tools packed into this platform is honestly kind of crazy.

Excellent purchase.
Excellent potential.

This one feels like a sleeper hit.

Unmixr AI is a legitimate "Swiss Army Knife" for creators, bundling high-quality TTS, STT, and AI video dubbing into one platform. The sheer value proposition, especially with the wide range of natural-sounding voices and language support, is truly impressive. The TTS functionality, in particular, is a standout feature and the user experience is very smooth.

However, I have encountered a critical, workflow-breaking issue related to API usage limits. My account was throttled and returned the following error message:

This throttling means a mandatory lockout of approximately 13.8 hours before service resumes.

While I understand the necessity of rate limiting, a half-day recovery period is catastrophic for high-volume users or projects with tight deadlines. If Unmixr aims to be a reliable production tool, the team must urgently re-evaluate the throttling mechanism to provide shorter recovery times or clearer, more robust capacity for AppSumo users. Until this is fixed, I caution any high-volume user.

I purchased this deal in 2024. When I first tried it, I still had plenty of voices to use. As of today, I've logged back in and found I can only use three in Indonesian and other languages, and those are very outdated and unusable.

This is in contrast to the Appsumo landing page, which states you can use 1,100 AI voices. This seems completely misleading. I hope you fulfill your promise on this landing page. That's all. I'm not a regular user of this tool; in fact, I only recall exporting audio less than 10 times.

I have tried to contact your support email on May 9th with no response until today.

I give Unmixer five tacos, because it has been a game changer for me and my online business. I help other entrepreneurs with recurring revenue systems, so I am often putting out a lot of content. And Unmixer is great for me for, uh, creating podcast episodes with my voice clone, and it's also great for, uh, promos, ads, pre and post-roll for those podcast episodes. I also use it to create, uh, audio workshops, audio, uh, mini courses, and audio e-books, uh, with my voice clone. The voice clone in Unmixer is far better than ElevenLabs and a lot of the other big players in the market such as HeyGen and, uh, you know, their competitors. I love Unmixer's voice clone. It is identical to my voice. And my next, uh, uh, goal in the tool is to dub into other languages so I can use it, uh, in other markets. I have created, um, images and texts to video with Unmixer and ... But I primarily use it just for the audio. Um, and it is easy, intuitive, and fast, so I can produce content with my VA workflow at rapid speed, and that keeps me, um, using it in a content powerhouse engine, um, for my business. So get the tier four, that's what I'm on. And you will love, um, the voice clone feature.
