Q: UpBase Crashed - Customer Support Not Responding 😟😭😟
For about a week now my upbase screen is blank; or it has one message in the middle saying Start a New Project. I've been using the software for about 3 years - have at least 20 projects in there.
Reached out to customer support 3 times (or 4) - once through the support portal, twice by email, with ZERO response 😭
Do you anticipate a return to AppSumo? I'm an existing AppSumo customer and would like to upgrade my plan to get an additional workspace from the same account. Thank you.

Hi! As a Germany based business, it is crucial for me to only use software that is GDPR compliant. We really love Upraise, but mustn't work with it, as it is not GDPR compliant yet. You told other Sumolings, that UpBase is planned to be GDPR compliant starting at Q3 - so when can I count on it? Otherwise I would have wasted my money. And: I need a DPA to be able to use UpBAse as soon as you are...
It’s not enough to just add someone as a guest. On this list, each task has to be marked as visible to the guest. You can also set it globally on the list so that every new task is, by default, visible to the guest. This is really a brilliant solution. We have shared views with people outside our company, and on this list they only see the part of the tasks that are intended for them.
🤔 It's unlikely it will be available in a lifetime plan. Those who managed to purchase it are in luck. 👍 As Upbase grows, terms change, and the lifetime plan is being phased out completely.

Their privacy policy States GDPR compliance and transparency with Google. This may have been updated post this.

Q: really hoping webhooks will be dropped soon, thinking about jumping ship
Love upbase but makes it hard to integrate with our app ecosystem for true automation without it. Would greatly improve usability. ETA?
