If I could still leave a review I would, but since I can't I'm posting this here. This has been a horrible experience. I have reached out to support via chat several times and have gotten no response. It is constantly crashing and giving me an error message that processing failed, an internal error occurred, and please contact support which is a joke because they never respond. If I could request a refund I would.
Still no response to my email on January 27. I’m hopeful you will answer me eventually. It’s annoying to pay for a product that I can’t use and have IT ignore me unless I bother them in a public forum.

Yo estaba coleccionando los programas para comprarlos en fin de año fue una mu mala decisión irse en este momento si este es un medio para que la gente tenga una buena imagen de ustedes y los recomienden desperdiciaron 2 años de promoción porque los que queríamos la aplicación nos quedamos muy enojados

A: Lamentamos que te sientas así, pero tuvimos que tomar la decisión de irnos. No podemos ofrecer grabación ilimitada indefinidamente, ya que quebraríamos. Necesitamos limitar el número de usuarios. Estuvimos en Appsumo durante dos años, tiempo suficiente para ofrecer una buena oferta.
Pero no es justo para los que los acabamos de encontrar, deben de tener un anuncio visible que ya se va acabar la oferta , yo apenas los encontré la semana pasada , los busco para comprarlos y ya no está también esto es culpa de appsumo es muy mala experiencia del cliente no debería dejarlos ir de un momento para otro sin avisar

We told them several months ago so we were surprised as well. Not sure why they didn't add any information. We were expecting it to come but it never did.

Anyone else having difficulty getting Vento to respond to support inquiries? They ignored my last 3 messages.
