A: Hey There! It technically can. You can just use your profile image as the video. For your video output you just select "Use my profile image". That should work
A: Hey There! Right now, we're going to keep to an hour. We may do a higher plan in the future but that will be a separate purchase. As it stands, the vast majority of our users record under 60 minutes with many recording less than 30 minutes. Keeping it below 60 minutes has saved us on cost as there would only need to be a few hundred users recording substantially long videos that would make this...
A: Hey There! We will add 4k in the future but it requires delivery of our standalone app. We're working on several additional features before this but will get around to it.
I have been using the tool for several months now and I like it, it does what it should. However, there have been no changes / updates since then. I would like to see your roadmap and plans for development, plus a place where users could put their ideas and see the outcome. Please let us know what are the future updates and when can we expect them to happen?
A: Hey There! We're updating the tool constantly. Not all of our updates will have an associated announcement. As an note, we've fixed several bugs and made changes to recording platform. in the lost 2 months. We'll send out another announcement soon highlighting additional updates.
There are no new features Chris. The tool is good, I paid for what I get, but also would expect the tool to develop. How can I recommend this product further if all I can say is "Yeah it works fine, but looks as if it died"?
I hear you but be reminded there isn’t a large team developing and churning out features constantly. In addition, we can add all the features in the world but if the core recording product (which is technically complex) is not maintained, those features mean nothing.
We have to make tradeoffs and we’ve been doing so with an eye towards the long run and not the short term.
