A: Hi, The current reviews feature tracks the user reviews, ratings etc. that LLMs factor into their perception of your brand - these are scanned and updated at regular intervals.
We're also actively exploring broader brand reputation features, both for monitoring and generating actionable tasks. It's definitely an area we want to expand.
