Hi,
With most plans only allowing tracking of 3 LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude), will there be an option to switch to tracking 3 entirely different LLMs in the future, once they are added? E.g., can I switch from tracking my brand mentions on Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to tracking my brand on e.g. Perplexity, Grok, or Mistral (or whichever LLM is available within Visby at that time in the future)? And if so, how often will we be able to switch the LLMs - will it be once a month, like switching prompts or domains?

Yes! As we've mentioned in previous responses, you'll have access to any new models we add. You'll be able to choose which 3 LLM models work best for your needs. (for Tier 2+)
Regarding switching frequency - we haven't finalized that yet, but we're open to feedback on what would work best for you!
Hi, I'd like to ask 2 questions related to this: for Tier 2 and above, can we choose different LLM models for free as long as we don't select more than 3 at the same time? I just wonder if other models than Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude won't cost us extra money (as add-ons).

For now the pool has ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini - and as we keep adding new models, you'll be able to choose your 3 picks freely from the full list. (for Tier 2+)
Thank for responding, good to know that! One more question I forgot to add: let's say we want to use more models (let's say 4 or 5), how does that work? Can we add them at an additional cost?
Most likely yes, additional models beyond your plan's limit will be available as add-ons. We'll share more details as we get closer to that!
