Q: Caching is the unavoidable culture on wordpress sites: Does your plugin have any difficulty with caching
Hi,
Wordpress sites cannot survive without caching plugins. Is there any problem in how webability.io works with sites having caching or any specific caching tools like litespeed?

A: Good question — caching is fine, and we run our own edge caching on the widget itself.
To separate the two things that usually get lumped together:
Page caching (LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, Cloudflare, Varnish) is a non-issue. Our script tag is static, and the widget pulls your accessibility settings and profile from our API at runtime, so a cached HTML page still loads a live,...
Q: How many scans of a registered site allowed every month or quarter or year
Asking this, Since last 10 days, everyday I initiate a scan and neither any email comes nor anything changes in the dashboard.

A: Scans are unlimited. There's no monthly, quarterly, or annual cap on a domain registered to your account.
We do apply rate limits to protect crawl infrastructure and prevent abuse:
- One active scan per domain at a time — a new request queues until the current one finishes - A cooldown of 8 hours between full re-scans of the same domain - A ceiling on concurrent scans across an account
Hi Sid, while its helpful that you sent me on email a new scan generated today. But its not helpful that you do not make a transparent reply direclty in this community & clarify forever and for everyone is there a random behaviour on how many scans be generated per year, per month or per day or we have to just keep asking for it and only then you will generate it and then send it on email.
If I need more than 10 sites , can I purchase additional codes as needed or do you have an option to purchase more site licenses on within the dashboard? Also do you have a whitelabel option? If so how can I learn more about this?
Thanks

A: Hi DigiSync.io,
Thank you for your question, and I’m really sorry for the delayed response. You’re right to expect a quicker reply, especially when considering this for client use.
Yes, if you need more than 10 sites, you can purchase and stack additional codes as needed. At the moment, additional site licenses are handled through code stacking rather than directly inside the dashboard, but...
This is not a good look for the app. I asked this question almost a week ago with no reply. Does not give me a whole lot of confidence rolling this option out to my clients. Hope you can respond soon.
Sorry our initial comment was blocked, here is the reply "Yes you can currently only through appsumo, and we do have whitelabel options and reseller options with unlimited websites. Please contact us at [email protected]"
Q: PDF fixes (remediation)
You noted in another reply that PDF remediation is something you hope to bring to AppSumo users.
Can you elaborate? Will this be inclused with all plans? What are the limits we can expect?
I saw your free scanner, but I think we are wanting to know what level of remediation will be added to our plans. Thanks!

Q: Remediate inaccessible PDFs
Can this be used to remediate inaccessible PDFs as well as websites like ADAcertify does?
Or, if the PDF is hosted on one of our domains, would it be covered?
Thanks in advance

Jun 25, 2026A: Yes we do, we are working on our way to bring it to appsumo customers.
