When logged in to the dashboard there doesn't appear to be information on how to contact support. When visiting the implementation guide, I can see a support email address at the bottom of the page. How long should I expect it to take to receive a reply?

Additionally, you can leave a message through the chat feature on our website at webability.io, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Typically, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours during business days.

Q: WCAG2.2 compliance is becoming required. What plans to support this?
We mostly receive customer requests for compliance with WCAG2.2 given the standard has now been out for a couple of years. WCAG2.1 is being deprecated as the reference standard by a number of EU government purchasers. Are there plans to update the tool to handle WCAG2.2 or will this be an additional future purchase / or not supported? Thanks
