Q: How does the Small / Medium / Enterprise Plan details
In the description here you say "All future Small (Tiers 1-3), Medium (Tier 4), or Enterprise (Tier 5) Plan updates" but when going to your website I don't see Small / Medium / Enterprise plan details, I only see Automated / Self Managed / Managed.
Can you please explain what each Tier provides? Which plan it maps to, or anything else we should know about this? Thanks!

A: Hi there,
Great question. On our website, the AppSumo deal maps to our Automated plan. The Small / Medium / Enterprise wording on AppSumo refers only to tier sizes, not separate plans — basically the size and volume of sites the deal supports.
We do offer higher-tier plans and custom options, but those aren’t listed publicly. If you need more details or have a larger setup in mind, feel free...
I just picked this up today. I have experience working with ADA and lawsuits.
My experience has been that the best strategy for avoiding legal issues is attorney repellent, not compliance.
Recently, attorneys have been keying in on sites that use widgets. Or more likely, scanning builtwith reports for sites that have tech installed to target. These people typically don't know anything...

A: You're absolutely right — that’s a concern many users bring up. We do offer an option to hide the widget while still keeping all the automated accessibility improvements running in the background.
Hi there I can't add my domain. Domain: name.us.com Everytime when I try to add it your site change it to us.com only. It takes my site name out. I did sent an email to support on Friday

A: Thanks for reporting this. Your domain is set up as a subdomain, but it functions like a root domain. Our system currently normalizes us.com-based domains, which is why it keeps shortening it.
We’re adjusting the configuration on our end so your full domain is accepted correctly. I’ve seen your email as well and will update you there as soon as the fix is applied.
1. Website Integration - We have websites at several hosting platforms; including godaddy and hostinger. Websites were built with their website builders, can we integrate webaility with those sites?
2. Custom Javascript Integration - We have another site, where integration can only be done thru through adding a custom javascript? Can that type of...

A: Thanks for the questions — here’s how integration works with WebAbility:
1. GoDaddy / Hostinger / Website Builders Yes, WebAbility works with all major hosts and site builders. As long as you can add a small script (header/footer or custom code area), you’re fully supported.
2. Custom JavaScript Integration Yes. WebAbility installs through a single JS snippet, so any platform that allows...
Q: Stuck on the domain adding screen
I add my first domain and click the "Skip Trial & Buy" button. And then nothing. It just shows a processing circle and says "Please Wait..."
And nothing happens.
I have tried it on a few different browsers.
It won't get to the place where I am supposed to add my AppSumo codes.

On app.webability.io, you can set this under:
Installation → Trigger Icon → Button Trigger / Hidden
This setting isn’t available directly in the WordPress plugin, but you can adjust it from the app...
