A: Yes! WebAbility fully supports RTL (right-to-left) languages including Arabic and Hebrew. The widget automatically adapts to the language direction of your website.
Hey guys, this looks cool but I'm viewing your site horizontal on my Pixel tablet and there are a lot of issues with the accessibility menu. It's common for devs to overlook tablet compatibility but a lot of people with disabilities use tablets. Just wanted to give you a heads up to check it out. Could you comment and let me know if resolved? Then I'd love to buy. Thank you!

A: Hi, thank you for the feedback! We've actually designed the accessibility menu with tablet compatibility in mind, so it should be working well across different tablet sizes and orientations. ...
I'm on a Pixel tablet and it's got issues. I wish I could attach a screenshot. If you're relying on emulators, they're often inaccurate. See if you know someone who has one to check and send you screenshots. It's a prob I see on a lot of websites but thought you'd want to know.
I reached out to support to clarify how we would get bulk licenses or use with an agency...no answer yet... a bit concerning. Is the support email listed in other replies the correct contact for bulk licenses or agency use?

Hi, 1 - Just wanted to be sure, my website cutedomain.com has numerous subdomains (welcome.cutedomain.com, dining.cutedomain.com, and so on).
These subdomains, regardless of how many, would be considered one website?
2 - Also, there are no limits to page loads or website traffic?
3 - Last, where can I find your VPAT/ACR?
4 - Is this considered an "accessibility overlay?" They have a bad reputation, especially in light of the DOJ April 2026 Rule on Accessibility.

A: Hi! Happy to clarify 🙂
1) Website & subdomains Yes — one website includes the main domain and all its subdomains. You don’t need to add them separately.
2) Page loads / traffic There are no limits on page loads or site traffic.
3) VPAT / ACR VPATs are provided through our Professional Accessibility Services. You can request one directly from the dashboard, and it’s prepared by accessibility...
