I'm trying to sort the API to integrate with other software, or at the very least trying to sort email to task, but neither is working for me. I am emailing the helpdesk and Ryan, but have heard nothing in weeks, which seems odd as the service was awesome when I first joined. I really like the product, but just need the email to task element to work, at the very least.
Have been trying to reach out to you via., AppSumo support and also in the Discord channel. But No response anywhere. Completely silent! Are you guys planning to decommission this app?

Also it seems there is no information about the founder or the team online. When I reached out via e-mail, I did not get a response. Hence Im reaching out here.

Could you please explain what the Custom Field Limit is for Tier 1 and Tier 2? What is that 500 mean in T2?

The Custom Field Limit refers to the maximum number of custom fields you can create within WorkZappy to capture additional data beyond the standard fields provided. You can create custom fields at both system level and project level: https://guide.workzappy.com/system-settings/fields

To sort the tasks in Kanban view, click Sort by in the top-right corner. You can sort by fields like Due Date, Date Created, and Priority.

Tier 1: Limited to 100 custom fields
Tier 2: Limited to 500 custom fields
