Upfront, I use workzappy and I like it. Unfortunately however, I was not able to find up to date information about workzappy, nor have I seen any new developments. Also it seems there is no information about the founder or the team online. When I reached out via e-mail, I did not get a response. Hence Im reaching out here.
Would be great to get some more information, so I know whether to rely on workzappy in the future or not.
Q: Could you explain what is Custom Field Limit? On Tier 1 and 2?
Could you please explain what the Custom Field Limit is for Tier 1 and Tier 2? What is that 500 mean in T2?

A: Hi itsmainul,
The Custom Field Limit refers to the maximum number of custom fields you can create within WorkZappy to capture additional data beyond the standard fields provided. You can create custom fields at both system level and project level: https://guide.workzappy.com/system-settings/fields
Storage ranges from 100 GB to 1 TB depending on the Tier, and that is quite a lot for most use cases.
If you do happen to reach the limit, you can always delete any unwanted or outdated data to free up space. This helps keep your environment clean and optimized.
We retain data for as long as your account is active, unless you choose to delete it. You’re always in control and can manage or remove your data at any time.

Seems i need to duplicate task to rearrange it, very basic feature...

To sort the tasks in Kanban view, click Sort by in the top-right corner. You can sort by fields like Due Date, Date Created, and Priority.
