Q: How it even makes work to clean the hacked website?
We've been evaluating this plugin and appreciate its functionality, though we've encountered some limitations in our specific use case. We're currently managing a website that experiences frequent Japanese SEO spam attacks, and unfortunately, the plugin hasn't been fully effective against these particular intrusions. We understand these attacks can be quite sophisticated and challenging to address. Could you please provide guidance on how WP Security Ninja might be optimized or configured to better handle Japanese SEO attacks? We've noticed that when we utilize Imunify360 for scanning, it successfully identifies and removes these threats completely, which suggests there may be specific detection methods or settings we should consider. We'd greatly value your expertise on:
Recommended configuration settings for Asian spam/SEO attacks
Thank you for testing WP Security Ninja and for bringing up the issue of Japanese SEO spam attacks. These attacks are indeed very sophisticated and difficult to deal with because they often involve hidden backdoors, file injections, and cloaked redirects.
Here are some steps you can take with Security Ninja to better protect against them:
A: You can technically run WP Security Ninja alongside Wordfence without conflicts. However, keep in mind that running multiple security plugins in parallel will increase server resource usage.
Our recommendation is to avoid overlapping functionality. By turning off overlapping modules, you'll get the best balance between performance and security.
I checked questions and reviews about that but didn't get a full answer.
Been using Wordfence free version for 10 + years on many sites. Never had a single site hacked. So my question is simple : why should I grab your offer ? Does it provide advantages over Wordfence? The real-time update feature of Wordfence was never needed so far apparently..
A: Hi there, thanks for your question! It’s great you’ve had such a good experience with Wordfence for so long. If it’s working well for you and you haven’t needed real-time updates, then it’s definitely a solid solution.
WP Security Ninja focuses on a few areas that are a bit different, like having auditing built in so you can see exactly what’s happening on your site, webhooks so you can...
I am already a user and have been pleased with the whole app and functions. But I sent an issue report/question to the support (two times: 3 and 1 day ago) and did not receive an answer yet. This might not be too critical (about an 2FA login issue with another plugin.) but it should be a part of my login function, and for a security plugin manufacturer, I would hope for a better communication response time. (Just as an example, the other plugin manufacturer responds within 1 HOUR).
Just want to check back on when I will get a support answer to that issue. I send a mail through the plugin itself and by mail as well. Thanks, Niels
Thank you for your honest feedback and for being a valued user of Security Ninja. I sincerely apologize for the delay in our support response to your 2FA login issue. You are absolutely right to expect a faster turnaround, especially for a security plugin, and we completely understand your frustration.
We are actively working on scaling our operations, which includes growing both...

Q: RE: WORDFENCE
Would you sue WP Security Ninja in addition to or alongside WP WordFence? Are they compatible? Or can you only use one of them?
