Easy to Use
I have only spent a few hours on it, but I have gotten it to do more than what I was able to with the other 1 or 2 RPA tools I have used in the past (including one I bought here on Appsumo).
I am trying to get it to copy data from spread A when it is updated with some order data, to spreadsheet B which is on Google Sheets. The issue is that spreadsheet A is like a Chinese version of Google sheets (Jingshan wendang) so it can't be connected/synced via API.

Best drag and drop automator to date
I've been playing around with ZeroWork on and off and I have to say that it is easy to use and fairly logical how to use it.
You can pretty easily get things done with this tool.
Scraping data from your web accounts and saving it to Google Sheets is only a couple of hours to setup. And that's mostly because I'm not a pro at it yet.
I do get stuck every now and again but I usually find a workaround to get it to work.
First time I got stuck I reached out to Diana (Founder) and she helped me out in no-time.
Great product and a must-buy imho!

Only RPA I've been able to get set up.
I've got a bunch of different RPA creators and this is the only one I've actually been able to get myself to complete set up on. It still takes some trial and error with finding right selectors. But there is a decent GPT someone built to help with that.
The general simplicity of the UI helps make things easier to figure out once you've got the hang of things. I'm nit the most tech savvy person but I'm willing to do the trial and error and I was able to set up a custom automation to update a daily post to an industry website without too much trouble. I messed around with it step by step in between my regular work items and was able to get things going in about 4 hours for this very first one and I know it will get easier from here as I familiarize myself more.
I'm looking forward to finally having an automation system where I can set most things up pretty easily. This is simple enough I can see using it even for non routine stuff like a quick one-off processing of even 30 rows of data would save me time. Whereas with similar products I wouldn't even have figured out how to install the basic software yet. 😅
I'm sure the resources and onboarding will also get built out more as they go. They have an acceptable amount of resources for how long they've been around and I don't expect them to be perfected yet. They seem to have a good balance with focusing on functionality and updates and are clear about timeframes on support and what is and isn't covered in support.
If you don't expect absolute miracles out of this thing you will definitely still find a lot of magic it can do for you. I look forward to seeing them grow and succeed over the next several years!

Seems Ok. Guides are highly assumptive and frustrating.
I am normally ok with learning new tech tools. This however has left me feeling frustrated. The guides make what seem like a simple toolset incredibly frustrating. Fundamentals seem to be missing and a few assumptions made, key points skipped. So this may just gather dust. With the right support might be a very useful tool.

Overall good, but the UI/UX could be better
It does what it is supposed to do and it does it mostly well. Just sometimes it fails to select/find and element, but this happens rarely, about 1 time out of 15.
The flow builder is ok and easy to learn although I am used to Make.com which is much more mature in terms of flow building, working with variables etc.
What is a bit clunky is the storing of data in tables. The upside is it can store data directly to Google Sheets.
Money well spent considering the price.
