Unfortunately, the support is extremely weak.

I opened a ticket because:

Webhooks were not working

Email alerts had stopped being sent

It took more than one month to receive a response.

When they finally replied, they simply asked whether the issue had been resolved — even though it had never been fixed.

I tried to reply to the email to continue the support process, but the mailbox does not accept responses. This means I would have to start the entire support process again and potentially wait another month for a reply.

At that point, I decided to give up.

It’s a real shame because the product has potential, but without reliable support, it’s difficult to trust it for production use.

I sincerely hope they improve their customer support, as it makes all the difference.

The design is attractive and user-friendly, while the conditionals and loops are excellent. this is a highly powerful app.

Client always is online as long the PC is on, and is very reliable.

I trust it is one of the most crucial core processes of my business.

I recommend this to anyone seeking to automate web browser processes, whether through a lifetime subscription or a pay-as-you-go model.

I hired their expert to help me, but I can't revoke his access to my account. Despite changing my password, he is still logged in. My account has become worthless. Money down the drain.

I took me a while to use the tool, but when I finally did it made me replace Keyboard Maestro for web automation. Key strengths in my opinion:
- canvas is very good to understand the flow while giving a lot of freedom on the logic.
- ability to run automation in the background while working on the same computer.
- native integration with Google Sheets using it as a database to control the flow, store data and iterate over lists of items.

It is worthy of every penny.

This is such an amazing product. It has saved me so many hours. I love this product and use it on a daily basis. There were a few bugs here and there, but nothing beats this product.
