While I appreciate your transparency here, I think you're missing the points of the original question. You have not specified in the listing that you may charge extra for X. You have a clear offer of X being included with 5 posts per day up to for 50 profiles. It doesn't specify you may charge more. This is the issue.

Founder says: "we will never remove X integration from your LTD..." Then proceeds to remove it. This guy cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

You’re right that my early comment said we wouldn’t remove X, and then we changed course. That’s on me. After questions came in, we reviewed the situation with AppSumo and decided we couldn’t keep that promise under a lifetime deal given how quickly X’s pricing/limits are changing. We updated the page immediately while everyone is still in the refund window, to avoid setting the wrong expectation.
