Q: Upgrade current plan
Hi,
I already have your plan with 300,000 sends but I want to upgrade it to the 1000,000 sends plan lifetime.How can I do that, I don't mind paying the price but I want to use the same account that i have with the increased limits. If I try to do it in my account, the charges will be monthly.

Select Acumbamail.
Click on "Select and choose change Plan".
There you can perform a package update or a downgrade.

Hi pagecom, just talked to my Support colleagues and they let me know that you need to fix this directly with Appsumo.
pagecomPLUSI don't understand how difficult it is to move from one account to another; this has become a nightmare. I will contact AppSumo and see what they can do.
