As an early supporter and Tier 5 owner, I strongly suggest avoiding this app. No activity for about a year, and a lot of bugs still not resolved and not ready to use at all. Good to give kids to play around - nothing more.

Your team continues to hide from your customers thinking this will go away. You don't answer emails. You don't respond to discord messages. You hide and post only on youtube content that that your community has actively asked you to stop posting due to it not being about your product at all or relying heavily on other products like claudecode, opencode, etc that none of us are using. You ignore your agenticflow product. Your reputation sinks lower and lower each day. It's been months of ignoring us.

Sean, I was an active member from May 2025 (Discord: antonusaca) — Tier 3, 4, 5 + MAS pre-order, $1,189 total. You refunded my $199 MAS quickly (appreciated), but declined to support the $990 AppSumo portion.
You've publicly acknowledged here (Dec 3, Jan 10) that AgenticFlow "has had stability issues" and is "too hard for most users." The MAS I pre-ordered against your published July 2025...
Update: No answer here yet, but Mia (Customer Success) replied to my review — confirming the quotes are real and "stability was not where it needed to be." That's exactly the period my $1,189 covers. Post-departure improvements don't deliver what I paid for. Facts confirmed by the company. Sean — will you tell AppSumo you support refunds/credits for buyers like me? One email closes this.
I'm beginning to believe Sean is setting up an exit strategy. Given Mia is the only one responding here as well as the only one listed on discord, I feel this team is being dismantled in prep for abandonment. There is no coming back from abandoning your entire customer base like this and glazing the movements with more lies claiming that discord was abandoned due to spammers.
