Yes, all of our public-facing links can be customized! Whether you want to whitelabel the entire app, ie app.yourdomain.com or just the chat window, ie chat.yourdomain.com.

Thank you for the quick response and help.
I managed to make the suggested adjustments.
I only have two more questions that I haven't been able to resolve.
1 - I couldn't find where to add the bot's photo to appear in the reply profile. Where is it located?
2 - Is there an option to hide the "Accept / Decline" item in conversations?
3 - I would also like to remove the reaction options for replies with a thumbs up, copy, and audio that appear below the Accept and Decline buttons.
