Hi, I have installed bit assist in my website also send an email over an week and no one has replied, I have used the form widget, but if someone leaves their details I'am not getting informed, is there anyway that the system can inform me by email, or any other way if someone fill the form on the widget??
Hi there, sorry for inconvenience, For the issue you are facing, can you please confirm if you have SMTP setup in your site? The Email notification on Custom Form submission needs SMTP setup.
