Currently, this is not possible. Multi-language in our roadmap. "Assign buttons to the user" and "several button/widget on one website" those features are not possible. If we get enough requests, we will check the possibilities.

Did reply, and granted the support team access to the environment, but they do not provide any updates. The product is still not working at all... so might do something wrong myself, but the support team already accessed my environment several times...
First, you came to our live chat support on Dec 9, which was the Friday and Friday weekend on our end. That's why live chat support wasn't available on Friday. We reply by email within 24 hours to those we miss on live chat. And we mailed you after four hours.
And on Saturday, we request you give us your access so we can fix the issue. And you gave us access on Tuesday; we told you we would let you know when the issue is resolved. But it is also true that it takes time for us to resolve the issue. And last night(on our end), you mailed and asked for an update on the issue. And we mailed you at 9:17 AM; we need the proper access to solve the issue. Maybe somehow you didn't notice this mail. And you mailed us again at 4:43 PM asking for an update, and we replied at 4:44 PM and requested you again to share the plugin editor access so we can fix it on your site(At the same time, you replayed on AppSumo). And you shared the access, but the access is not the proper access; we cannot see the plugin list from the left side menu. And we mail you again and don't receive any reply. So if you check this reply, please check your mail so we can solve your issue.

We think you misunderstood. Bit Assist is not a live chat application.
If you want to use multiple messaging applications on your website, it will help you to do that.
You have to configure your site's channel or messaging applications, like Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. You have to configure the channel with your own or business account. In general, the chat history will be stored on your messaging application.
Also, Bit Assist has some notable features: Knowledge Base, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Custom Contact Form, etc.
Custom Contact Form: When visitors submit the form, you can store the form submission on Bit Assist. You can show the form entries with the "Response" option.
