I built a workflow around BreezeDoc and my domain was blocked. I had to purchase another BreezeDoc account for a different domain and that one was also blocked with very minimal use. Customer service was useless and extremely delayed. They eventually refunded one of my purchases and then I had to buy something different anyway, and they still haven’t answered my customer service request from several months ago

Could you please let me know:

Do you currently support MCP integration?
If so, where can I find the documentation and setup guide?
What features are available through the MCP server (e.g., document creation, editing, search, retrieval, folders, permissions, etc.)?
Are there any limitations, authentication requirements, or best practices I should be aware of?
If MCP support is not yet available, is it on your roadmap? If so, do you have an estimated timeline?

I'm evaluating Breeze Docs for integration into my AI workflow, so any documentation or technical details you can share would be greatly appreciated.

The Pro is the price and a LTD.
The Con is it is not as straightforward to use as other eSignature apps that I have used, and the BreezeDoc logo is just too pronounced. I am switching back to a monthly subscription plan, with better ease of use and no product logo.

I am upgrading my review to 5 stars! Right after posting my initial feedback, the Head of Customer Experience, Luka, reached out immediately. The development team was already on it and successfully deployed a hotfix that completely resolved the template-deletion bug. Everything is working flawlessly now, both in incognito and my regular browser. Stellar, fast reaction once escalated!

I really want to love BreezeDoc. The user interface is incredibly clean, lightweight, and modern. It has the potential to be the perfect, hassle-free alternative to the bloated, overpriced competitors on the market.

Now that the template bug is fully resolved, this is easily a 5-star tool for my daily business operations at Kokoro Aikido. Highly recommended if you want a fast, no-nonsense e-signature solution.

Needed an e-Signature solution asap for my business. Purchased the product, opened it, uploaded a test doc, went right to actual document and sent to my client within 30 min. Great tool if you don't need bells & whistles - "A toaster" it does what it is intended to do very well
