Yes I finally got a response and it works like a charm. So, eventually, thanks. Far simpler than the previous product Tidio, without their complex setup and the Ai answers are awesome. Expect it to cut down 80% of human intervention. Great product, loving it more every day.

The app is great and definitely a great deal. Just wondering if you guys will support dark mode? On a dark website the widget is still white background with white text so users can't read this.
