Hi, I understand that we can provide documentation to train the chatbot. But can Charla also crawl all pages of a WordPress site on which it is installed to answer users' questions?
Any plans for a new mobile app? The current one seems a bit clunky and keeps logging us out. Would love to see an app that also shows current visitors on the site, like in the web dashboard.

1) Does Charla include an internal CRM-style system that gathers and auto-updates client details, like names, emails, or past interactions, from connected platforms or chat flows?
2) If a visitor updates their information during a chat (e.g., provides a new email), is that data automatically updated and reflected in future interactions?
3) Is Charla integration-friendly, does it offer a public REST API or webhook support to pull or push client data and interaction records to/from external systems?
A: Hello, (1) Yup, you get a seperate contacts tab where you can see all the details, conversations and export them if needed (2) It depends. If there is an existing email captured, it won't change the record automatically. If the email is already blank, it will update the email automatically. You also have a prechat form where you can capture all those details before the chat and link them with existing or custom attributes. (3) We offer webhooks and are working on availing REST API in the next few months.
Hi, can you please let me know if I can use Tier 1 over 5 different businesses/separate websites, with one agent dedicated to each? I have a clinic website and on-line course websites so wondering if Tier 1 can work across all of them as they're all owned and operated by me.
