Q: how can I make a Chat Flows?

I would love to know how I can make a Chat Flows and it this can work for whatsapp and instagram? I have tried to learn but I haven't been able to find enough recourses.

How does the whatsapp integration works on your end? can I respond from the app? how many number can I have link?

Yes it works for whatsapp and instagram as well. You receive and respond from Charla, with the ability to use WhatsApp Business app in parallel. You can link several numbers as you can have many properties.

Q: Tiers, Agents, and Properties

Hi!
I've been reading through the Q&A and I have a few questions.
1) Pricing:
I can choose 1-10 codes (= 5-50 agents). Are codes and agents the same thing expressed two ways? Or does each code also represent a separate "Property"? If I buy 3 codes, do I get 3 properties AND 15 agents? Or do I get 1 account with 15 agents that I can spread across unlimited properties?
2) Staff access and property...

A: Hello,
1) Properties are unlimited as long as you own those businesses. You can spread the agents accross the properties in any way you like
2) You assign properties to Team Members, so if one team member do not have access to a certain property, he won't be able to see any messages for that property.

Sure, the setup as you mentioned is doable.

Q: Instagram comments

Hello, I’ve seen that you replied to someone last year… that replies to comments in Instagram would be available in Q1 2026, but I can’t see it. I was waiting for this feature. Could you explain please? As I can’t find anything about instagram or Facebook integration in your Help Center.
Also possibly trigger a DM from a keyword in a comment on a post.

A: Hello Joanie, We already have Instagram and Messenger integration. They currently support DMs only. As for the comments its currenly not there yet, we reshuffled some of the roadmap to prioritize stronger Shopify and e-Commerce integration. This functionality is still on our backlog though for Q3.

Q: Any extra cost i need to pay?

I realize that some of the AI Chat Bot, that is not include the AI API key, we need to pay extra to get the API key from ChatGPT, Gemini etc with limited credit. So I see Charla chatbot provide unlimited Chatbot, is that I no need to pay other extra cost?

I plan to use in my WordPress website, can I provide all my website link, include product, post and page to it as knowledge base?

Do you provide any demo version with few day try, so I can try it before make decision?

Q: Can I train on my own website docs

My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb.

I then want to add a helpdesk ticketing system on top of that where the agent can index my support desk content and help users find the answers they need, or it can handoff to ticketing system. Can this do that? There seems to be about 8 different AI Chatbots on AppSumo and I am trying...

A: Hello Rodney, So yes, you will import all the docs to our knowledge base using our REST api https://charla.com/support/?article=23477-rest-api, the AI bot will then be able to train on it and answer questions.

Another approach is to add the individual links of your existing docs to the Training Webpages under Charla AI chatbot section.
