Q: Can a Visitor Request a Phone Call?

Hi, I was wondering if a visitor to the chat would have the option to request a phone call in case no one is available, and be able to include the day and time they are available as well?

Q: what export featueres do you offer

an exciting deal with many great features. It's natural that not all apps will continue to operate, which is why regular data export should be possible. I don't see such a function. Ideally, I would prefer an API where individual tickets could be retrieved, and I would also like to be able to create new tickets or responses via the API. Another question is the option of using my own mail server. I use Amazon SES and would like to keep that.
