Hello. The deal shows the AI chatbot agent has "customer feedback". If I create a chatbot for a client's website, how does this "customer feedback" work? My interest would be in proving to my client that the chatbot satisfied the customer's needs, and if not, they were given a method to follow up with a real person being notified of their outstanding issue.

Can Charla send chat info via webhook to Fusebase? It's another Appsumo featured product for client portals.
And does it work with any other automation software than Zapier? (Zapier is expensive. Activepieces is another Appsumo featured product that does automations like Zapier does).

Great! Then my last question is: What options would I have to be able to export the whole conversation there? Or even just the last 3 messages from each side before the conversation closes so it proves to my client that the conversation has resolved?
I only read about initial message and initial form submission webhook, not whole conversations. Is this a feature that could come in the future?

It's all about the training quality, ping on support and we will be able to help you out on guidelines on how to better train it
