Q: Does it have the following features?

I have some questions:

1. Can I install and use the Live Chat Widget on Webflow & Framer websites? Are there any specific plugins/extensions available for those two?

2. Can I see or reply to Social Media messages inside Charla dashboard/apps? Such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and Snapchat?

3. Can I see or reply to Whatsapp Message/Text?

4. If the agent is offline/unavailable, can the Live Chat Widget gather Name+Email and create a new Ticket instead of starting a new conversation/message in Charla dashboard?

5. Are there any templates/designs or customization options available for Tickets/Ticketing system?

6. Can the Live Chat widget show Popup messages/buttons that user can click or interact with, to open the Live Chat widget? Like something to make them start a Conversation?

Q: Is there multilingual language support?

Hello, is there multilingual language support? For example, if someone from Spain asks a question in Spanish, and I only understand English, does the chat translate the Spanish into English for the agent? And vice versa, does my English reply get translated into Spanish for the Spanish person?

A: Hello, Live Translation is not currently supported but on the roadmap. The widget however is translated in 30+ languages.

Q: Remove branding feature with Premium

I purchased the Appsumo deal and it is premium, which is supposed to allow for removal of the Charla brand. I am unable to remove it and have tried using the dashboard settings but to no avail. Can you tell me where the setting is to remove the branding?
The interface is clean, it looks like tawk.to; however I only found one video on your youtube channel, do you have plans to increase the support videos on your channel?

A: Hi David, You can remove it from the Settings ➡️ Your Property ➡️ Widget ➡️ Remove branding. If you're still facing issues ping us on support@getcharla.com. Yes definitely thats a priority, we are going to release several videos to cover additional functionality in the next few weeks.
