A: Hi Jake, Whitelabelling is offered on the subscription packages only. As for your inquirty, each client/site needs at least one agent, and each site can have one bot. So in your case, you would need an agent/per site.
Is google sheets integration in your roadmap? Will an AI chat bot be able to get phone numbers, email addresses etc from leads/customers and put all the information it captured in a Google sheet so that information is organised?
There's another AI chatbot being sold here in Appsumo called ChatMaxima and it already has google sheets integration and I'm wondering how this software compares?

You can current capture all those information you prechatforms, and we are adding a webhook this month that you can use to trigger any integreation to save this information.
The ChatMaxima deal is very restrictive on the number of contacts, conversations, and workspaces. Ours does not have any of those restriction. We also have a complete ticketing module in addition to the Chat/KB.
