1) When you say Muilti-site, can we have unlimited amount of websites linked to charla?
2) How does it work when an agent is on the different website and the customer initiates a chat on the other - if one agent is serving 2 sisites?
3) Shopify Integratino - This is what interest me. Can the visitor check the status of the order in the widget?

Aug 13, 2024A: Hello, Yes you can have unlimited sites on the account. You can assign agents to specific websites, an agent can server 2+ sites, or only a single website based on your assignment. Shopify integration is currently for the shopping cart and customer profile, more scenarios will be added soon such as the order status.
Still I am unclear about how the agent will get notified when an agent is on X website dashboard and someone from Y website initiates a chat and the agent are assigned to the both. How will they notified if someone from the other website they are assigned too has someone to chat?
