Q: Only 1 Propery

I am not able to add or see the option to add another property, it doesnt let me create another one, how to sort this out?

A: Hello, You will find it under Settings, just below "Integrations" there is a link "+ New Property", ping us at [email protected] if you still have issues.

It seems like pricing is agent-based, but I have some questions I'm mainly looking for a helpdesk and knowledge base, ideally branded for each brand, but with the same agents working on them. Hello, I had this question "how to add a website ?" i think it's "New property" but whatever, i used this as my usecase to test the charla kb and chat so i went to https://charla.com/support/ and asked both in the kb and in chat, result is blank => https://share.zight.com/yAuN0emX. Is it a bug to have no result? We should have someting, at least "i didn't find any useful resource answering with accuracy, so i inform the support team and will get back to you by email" but having nothing makes feel like Jim Carrey in The Truman Show when he discovers the truth :) Regards
