Apparently, here are reported problems :
- AI chatbot training is unstable: the web page crawler does not work reliably, and responses generated from documents are often incorrect or empty (i've experimented this)
- AI hallucinations and errors: A user reports made-up links, incorrect pricing, and persistent information after removing the knowledge base
- Complex backend interface: Advanced configuration is considered labyrinthine for non-technicians
- Bugs on some integrations: Facebook Messenger and Google Tag Manager caused problems for several buyers
- Interface only in English: the back office is not localized, which can be annoying for non-English speaking users
Are these problems on the rodmap to be resolved?

- Yes currently available in English, if we see enough demand for a specific langauge we will add it. The widget/chatbot/translations are available for 100 languages though.
