Q: separation based on customer id, website/property
how do you handle tracking of the customer across different websites/properties? how do we create a custom flow per customer, per page, per property/website?

Dec 4, 2024A: Hello, The following features are separate per site: Widget, Knowledge Base, AI Chatbots, Notifications, Scheduling, Integrations, Contacts, Reports and Tickets. The only one shared is currently the Chatflows, where we plan to move to a site level in Q1 as well.
