Q: This is with reference to my earlier questions and your subsequent replies:
After your so-called "fix", the situation is either the same in some areas or gotten worse. BYOK's not working at all but sometimes your keys are and: • no lead collection is happening at all • my fallback scenario is not being followed • deprecated models remain as they are • the bot is still facing heavy "influx of requests"
Not one area has improved after you "sorted things out", but some more...

A: Hi there,
I completely understand your frustration, and I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to lay this out so clearly.
Let me address this point by point.
1. Lead collection & fallback not working: In most cases, this comes down to how the prompt or instructions are structured in the bot configuration. Even small variations in how the instruction is written can impact whether the...
Q: Further questions from experiments with the trial
3) I have configured my bot to collect user data at the beginning of the conversation, but it is not doing that either at beginning or at any time during conversation. 4) I have set up the fallback scenario as : "The agent should tell the user that it doesn't know the answer and that someone will get back to the user from support team on the email they have already given or if they have not given...

A: Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
I want to reassure you that the issues you experienced were already identified on our end and have now been resolved. The root cause was related to instability with the LLM provider we were using at the time, which led to the “high influx of requests” message and inconsistent behavior across both default credits and some...
Okay, I will experiment with it further and get back to you.
One more thing I wanted to understand: when I am using your AI keys, in a specific case when I am using Gemini 2.5 flash, I tried to check the credit limits after every interaction. What I am seeing is that, every time a reply is generated by the bot, the number of credits used is uneven. (contd...)
Sometimes it is 3-4 credits per reply, and at one time it even went up to 7-8 credits for just one reply.
I need to understand how the credits are consumed per reply. With the amount of credits that you are giving us, and even with limits on BYOK, if one reply can consume 3 to 10 credits, then the number of messages we can have drastically reduces, isn't it?
1) The BYOK options you offer are older versions like moonshot Kimi is now at 2.6 but you offer only 2.0. You have gemini-2.0-flash-lite which is deprecated and even expiring on 1 June. Why is that ? 2) I tried using the credits you provide (600 on free trial) but it's not working at all ! I ask a question to the bot and it keeps showing its busy and does nothing and after sometime notifies: "At...

1) what do AI credits get me? I am slightly confused. Can you explain it a bit further? Like one credit gets me one message or one conversation or what ? could you please explain that?
2) so if suppose I'm on tier 4 then how does the combination of your credits and my API keys work? Is it that first your 3,000 AI credits will be used, which are provided by you, and once that is exhausted and...

A: Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your questions and concerns. Here are our responses to your questions:
Q1. What do AI credits mean? A1. In simple terms, 1 AI credit = 1 message. So every time your bot responds to a user, it consumes 1 credit. It’s not per conversation, it’s per message/response generated by the bot. Additionally, when you train your bot (for example, using a...
The product looks solid. But every person who lands on your page and doesn't immediately "get it" is a lost sale — and on AppSumo, that traffic doesn't come back.
Most SaaS tools bleed buyers in the first 60 seconds. Not because the product is bad, but because nothing shows them what it actually feels like to use it.
That's what a motion explainer video...
